Misleadingly Understood (First couple sentences of my book, not yet finished)

On a rainy, Wednesday night in the town of Dormice a young boy, 6 pounds and two ounces, blond hair, hazel green eyes, and a little dot a few inches away from his left eye, was born. After nine painful months of kicking, Nikar Kilns was brought into the world. "Wan!" He then let out a loud cry as to say he was a healthy baby. He appeared to look just like his father along with his mothers eyes. His mother, Adele, and his father, Jace, stared at him while his eyes, glistening under the glaring light, stared back at them. Adele was beautiful, very outspoken, weighed 145 pounds, hazel green eyes, and stood 5 feet and 9 inches. Jace was very muscular, joyful, and joked around a lot. He stood 6 feet and 5 inches, had light brown eyes, weighed a solid 225 pounds, and had a dot near his left eye. As Nikar was cleaned off with a towel, his mom began to weep with tears of joy while his father's eyes stayed glued on him with an unbelievably staring daze. Nikar was then put in his mom’s arms; she whispered "you’re a handsome baby" then gave him a kiss on the cheek. After a couple minutes of holding him, the doctors placed him in the ankle bed in the nursery room.  Suddenly, his mom heard a loud noise as if a stampede was getting near."Oh my god!" screamed a nurse. She paid it no mind, but his father looked out the window and discovered that the doctors were rushing toward the nursery; he panicked. He violently fled out the room to see what was going on, but the doctors pushed him out of the way and tried forcing him back into the room. It was a terrible sight. Young Nikar was beginning to suffer from gagging. He suddenly turned blue; a nurse quickly turned him on his stomach, slanted his body front wards, and pushed on his back. It appeared that Nikar had chocked on his spit, but it was much more than spit. "Wan!" another loud cry came from Nikar. His father again rushed into the nursery to see what had happened. When he got near Nikar, he saw something on the floor. It appeared to be a bobby pin. "What the hell is going on in this hospital?!" he screamed. "Please calm down, we are really sorry, but your son swallowed a bobby pin that fell from one of the nurse’s head while putting him into the ankle bed," said one of the nurses. "You people are supposed to help people, not hurt them!" he screamed. "We will scan your son with an x-ray to see if there was any damage to his throat," said one of the nurses. He then rushed back to the room with his head down and had to report the sudden news to his wife Adele. "Jace what happened?" she sobbed. "Our son swallowed a bobby pin! He’s okay and he’s breathing now but they’re going to run tests on him to see if anything is wrong." "Oh no!" Adele screamed. They grabbed each other and said a brief prayer. A nurse finally came in. She began, "Your son…he…well…he will not be able to talk correctly because of the bobby pin; he will most likely speak with a strain in his voice. We’re really sorry and we want to know if there’s anything we can do to help Nikar and the two of you.""Get the hell out of here! Rot in hell! Damn you, you son of a…!" Adele screamed. Before the profanity could get worse, Jace covered her mouth. The nurse stormed out and slammed the door. After a couple of hours, Nikar was brought into the room by the same nurse that had stormed out after trying to give them help. His neck was noticeably swollen and it clearly showed it was hard for him to breathe. Adele suddenly threw a cup of water at the nurse and grabbed Nikar. She stared at the nurse as if she was telling her it would be her last days on earth. Her eyes were eyes that could possibly kill if guns were attached to them. Adele and Jace wept as they held on to Nikar. "What have they done to our baby?" Adele sobbed. "We’ll get through it, he’ll be ok," whispered Jace. They held on to Nikar as if it was the last day sheltering him, as if someone wanted their baby. "Hey little guy, you’re going to be ok, I promise," said Jace as he looked at Nikar. "I promise you that they will pay for what they've done. It’ll be the last time we end up at this hospital…the last time!" Adele repeated. Two days later they were able to take Nikar home. Jace pushed Adele in a wheel chair while she held on to Nikar. Nikar's eyes began to slowly open; he stared at each light from above as they passed by. On their way out of the hospital, a nurse stopped them. "We’re really sorry about this, really sorry," the nurse repeated. Adele took a quick stare, rose from her wheel chair with every bit of strength she had and brutally slapped the nurse with tremendous force. "Move out the way, damn it! Sorry isn’t good enough!" screamed Adele. She then fell back into her wheel chair and demanded Jace to push her out before there were any more problems along the way.
